Mobile-Telephone Services – Electronic Communication Service In A Mobile Network. The Subject Of Procurement Are Public Voice, Mixed And Data Services As Well As Supplementary And Auxiliary Services In The Mobile Electronic Communication Network, In The Country And Abroad (Roaming), Together With Mobile Devices And Associated Electronic Cards (Sim-Cards) For The Use Of These Services, In All Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Other Required Conditions Specified In This Procurement Documentation. The Subject Of Procurement Includes The Subscriber Numbers That The User Has Contracted With The (Up To) Current Operator, And Will Continue To Use, And The New Subscriber Numbers Needed By The User During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. In The Event That The Selected Bidder Is Not The Current Operator, The Selected Bidder Will Transfer All Subscriber Numbers Contracted With The Current Operator For Which An Individual User Requests This In Writing To Their Mobile Electronic Communication Network, In Accordance With The Ordinance On Number Portability (Official Gazette, No. 24/15, 71/16 And 124/19).
