The Client Invites A Competition For The Establishment, Operation And Maintenance Of A 24-Hour Rest Area At The E39 Knarvik - Oppedal The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Have A Minimum Of 15 And A Maximum Of 20 Stalls And Must Contain A Service Facility With A Toilet/Shower. Charging Stations Are Established In Line With The Requirements In Point 3.2 H. Otherwise, The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Meet The Requirements In Chapter 3. The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Be Ready For Opening No Later Than 16 Months After The Contract Is Signed And The Contract Is Valid For 10 Years From The Time Of Opening. The Client Has The Option To Extend The Agreement By 1+1 Years, So That The Total Possible Rental Period Is 12 Years. The Charging Infrastructure Must Be Fully Developed And In Operation In Accordance With Point 3.2 H.
