Airport Operation Services – Service Concession Relating To The Operation, Maintenance, Renewal And Development Of Hydrocarbon Reception And Distribution Facilities And Equipment For Paris Orly Airport. • The Concession Holder Will Have The Mission Of Operating, Maintaining, Renewing And Developing, At Its Own Risk, Under The Conditions Set By The Concession Agreement, The Installations And Equipment For Receiving And Distributing Hydrocarbons As Well As The Oil Networks, For Paris-Orly Airport. • Aéroports De Paris Will Make Reception And Shipping Facilities And Oil Networks Available To The Concessionaire. The Concessionaire Will Assume Custody Of The Rights Of Way, Works, Installations And More Generally Of All The Goods Handed Over To It By Aéroports De Paris, Under The Conditions Provided For In The Concession Contract Transmitted To The Selected Candidates. As Such, The Concessionaire Will Ensure Project Management Of The Work On The Aforementioned Installations And Equipment. • Duration Of The Concession: The Concession Contract Will Come Into Force Upon Its Signature And Will Be Concluded For An Operating Period Of 17 Years And 3 Months From January 1, 2028. This Duration Is Likely To Be Extended Under The Conditions Provided For In The Concession Contract Sent To The Selected Candidates And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Applicable Public Procurement Code. This Duration Is Set In Accordance With Article L. 31147 Of The Public Procurement Code, Under The Terms Of Which Concession Contracts Are Limited In Their Duration Depending On The Nature And Amount Of The Services Or Investments To Be Made. • Financing Terms: The Agreement Is Concluded According To The Concession Regime In Which The Concessionaire Assumes The Economic Risk Linked To The Concessioned Activity.
