The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Supply Contract With Installation Service Included, With A Single Economic Operator. The Term Of Implementation Of The Contract Will Be 6 Months From The Date Of Signature By The Last Party, And The Term Of Supply Of Products With Installation Services Included That Are The Subject Of The Contract Is 120 Days From The Date Of Signature By The Last Party. Quantity Expected To Be Purchased: 2 Car Completes For Maintenance Of The Communications System. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information, Only Once, On The 5Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, To The Extent That These Requests Were Submitted Within The Term Mentioned In Section I, I.E. 10 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, As Follows: - Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 10; - Deadline For The Authoritys Response To Requests For Clarification/Additional Information - 5Th Day; In Order To Comply With The Principle Of Equal Treatment, The Economic Operators Concerned Will Comply With The Provisions Of The Anap Notification No. 247 Regarding The Method Of Transmission Of Requests For Clarifications And Additional Information To The Award Documentation / Answers Formulated In The Case Of Conducting Public Procurement Contract Award Procedures Via Electronic Means (On-Line), In The Sense That The Documents Attached To The Questions Section Will Not Contain Their Identification Data, As They Will Become Public At The Time Of The Transmission Of The Answer By The Contracting Authority!
