The Subject Of The Performance Of The Awarded Public Contract Is Legal Services And Legal Consultancy Under Act No. 85/1996 Coll., On Advocacy, Specifically The Provision Of Legal Services In Connection With Ensuring The Agenda Of The Department Of Transport Of The Municipality Of Brno Or Another Unit Of The Mmb In Charge Of A Given Issue In The Area Of ​​Traffic Regulation; It Is Mainly (But Not Exclusively) About: - Provision Of Legal Advice, - Preparation And Revision Of Legal Documents And Opinions, - Provision Of Consultations And Representation Of The Client In Any Related Legal Disputes Conducted Against Administrative Acts Issued By The Department Of Transport Of The City Of Brno. Legal Services Will Be Provided In Particular In Connection With The Following Legal Regulations And Relevant Areas: • Act No. 13/1997 Coll., On Land Transport, In Particular: O Legal Services Related To The Municipal Ordinance On The Delimitation Of Areas Of The Municipality In Which Local Roads Or Their Designated Sections Can Be Used For The Parking Of Road Motor Vehicles At A Price Agreed In Accordance With The Price Regulations, Including The Price List; O Legal Services Related To The Application Of Other Provisions Of The Law (E.G. Removal Of Vehicles From Public Roads, Restrictions On General Use Through Closures And Detours, Restrictions On The Entry Of Certain Vehicles, Special Use Of Public Roads, Navigability And Passability Of Public Roads, Fixed Obstacles, Etc.); • Act No. 361/2000 Coll., On Road Traffic, In Particular: O Legal Services Related To The Determination Of Local And Temporary Regulation Of Traffic On Roads And The Granting Of Exceptions To This Regulation, Including The Interpretation Of Other Parts Of The Law And Its Implementing Regulations For The Purpose Of Properly Determining Traffic Regulation; O Legal Services Related To The Municipal Ordinance, Which Defines The Places Where The Operation Of A Passenger Transporter Is Prohibited; • Act No. 111/1994 Coll., On Road Transport, In Particular: On Legal Services In The Field Of Taxi Service And Its Regulation; • Act No. 266/1994 Coll., On Railways, In Particular: On Legal Services In The Areas In Which Municipalities Exercise Delegated Powers Pursuant To This Act; • Other Legal Services Related To Traffic Regulation Not Listed Above, In Particular: O Legal Services Related To The Regulation Of Specific Groups Of Means Of Transport (Electric Cars, One-Wheel Vehicles); O Legal Services Related To The Regulation Of Entry To Selected Locations (E.G. Through A Local Fee); O Legal Services Related To Legal Relationships Arising From Contracts With Suppliers Of Components Of The System For The Operation Of Traffic Regulation In The Statutory City Of Brno (System Of The Organization And Safety Of Traffic Of The City Of Brno, Camera Systems For Monitoring Entrances/Parking, Etc.); O Legal Services Related To Price Regulation In The Field Of Transport (Maximum Prices For Towing, Adding And Removing Technical Means To Prevent Vehicle Departure).
