The Subject Of The Investment Is The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Part Of An Existing Multi-Family Residential Building Into A Village Community Center. The Change Of Use Concerns The Premises On The Ground Floor Of A Single-Story Building With A Partial Basement. The Current Function Of The Rooms Intended For Reconstruction And Change Of Use Is A Residential Premises In A Multi-Family Residential Building Connected To A Village Community Center. The Change Of Use And Reconstruction Of The Building Within The Scope Of The Project Does Not Conflict With The Functions Of The Neighboring Buildings And Is Consistent With The Provisions Of Decision No. 8/2025 Of December 16, 2025 On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment. No Expansion Of The Building Is Planned - Only The Extension Of External Stairs To The Premises Covered By The Study Is Planned. The Adaptation Concerns The Existing Premises On The Ground Floor Of The Building. The Building Has The Necessary Technical Connections Resulting From The Proper Use Of The Facility, However, The Internal Installations In The Building Will Be Made As New Solutions. On The Buildings Façade, It Is Planned To Replace The Window Frames In The Existing Window Openings, Install A New Entrance To The Building And Add External Stairs To The Premises Covered By The Study. The Premises Covered By The Study Will Be Separated From The Other Rooms In The Building - Both Functionally And For Fire Protection. A New External Entrance To The Building Was Designed, Providing Separate Access To The Premises. The Investment Area Is Located In A Complex Of Barracks, On The Border Of The Conservation Protection Zone, And Is Adjacent To Buildings Included In The Provincial Register Of Monuments Of The Dragacz Commune - But It Is Not Included In The Register. It Is A Building At Ul. Hallerczyków 12 - Not Listed In The Register Of Monuments. The Part Of The Building Covered By The Study Will Be Completely Separated From Other Rooms In The Building - Both Functionally And Fire-Safe. There Are No Common Areas. A Separate Entrance To The Premises Has Been Designed. The Usable Area Covered By The Study Is: 43.44 M2. The Planned Change In The Use Of The Building Is Separated From Other Buildings By Fire - It Constitutes A Separate Fire Zone Marked As Zl Iii - Village Community Center. The Premises Covered By The Study Will Be Used As A Village Community Center. The Premises Are Planned To Include Two Meeting Rooms For The Residents Of The Estate - The Usable Area Of The Entire Premises Is: 43M2. The Premises Will Be Designed To Accommodate Up To 6 People At The Same Time. The Premises Will Also Provide Therapeutic Classes For Teenagers, Children And Adults. In The Part Of The Building Not Covered By The Study There Are 4 Residential Premises - Social Apartments And A Village Community Center.
