Disassembly Of Existing Playground Equipment And Reassembly Of Some Of Them In A New Location.2. Construction Of A Sand Surface For Devices With Hic>1.00 M On The Playground With Flexible System Edges.3. Installation Of Play Equipment In Accordance With The Manufacturers Documentation And Guidelines.4. Installation Of Regulations, Benches, Garbage Cans And Raised Beds In Accordance With The Manufacturers Documentation And Guidelines.5. Reconstruction Of The Fence In Accordance With The Documentation.6. Reclamation Of The Grass Surface Within The Ongoing Earthworks - Digging And Leveling The Area, Sowing Grass, Cutting Tree Branches. The Detailed Scope Of The Works Is Presented In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Which Are An Annex To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, While The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Additional, Auxiliary Annex. The Contractor Should Check The Bill Of Quantities Against The Design Documentation At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer And Price All Works Specified In The Documentation, Including The Design Drawings. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb
