The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Washing, Repairing And Ironing General Hospital Linen And Infectious Linen From The Operating Theater, Pediatric Ward, Neonatal Ward, Gynecological And Obstetric Ward, Surgical Ward, Internal Ward, Geriatric Ward, Emergency Room, Diagnostic Units, Sterilization Room And Hospital Hygiene Department In An Amount Of Approximately 81,800 Kilograms (Including Approx. 11,600 Kg Mops) During The 24-Month Duration Of The Contract (I.E. Approximately 3,408 Kilograms Per Month, Including 484 Kg Of Mops) Along With Transport, Including: A) Washing With Complete Disinfection Of Bedding And Hospital Linen And Mangling; B) Washing And Disinfection Of Bed Mattresses; C) Washing, Disinfecting And Ironing Medical Service Clothing, Including Colored Ones (Aprons, Dresses, Suits, Skirts, Trousers, Sweatshirts, Fleece Sweatshirts, Sets And Jackets Of The Medical Rescue Team) D) Washing And Disinfecting Blankets, Quilts, Pillows; E) Washing Work Clothes Of Farm Staff; F) Repairing Damaged Bedding And Clothing. Performing Tailoring Repairs On Bedding And Underwear, E.G. Sewing On Damaged Pockets, Buttons, Belts And Sewing Damaged Zippers And Other Similar Damages, Should Be Done After Washing And Drying The Underwear. The Quantities Of Products Set Aside For Repairs Should Be Recorded In The Notes In The Delivery And Acceptance Report; G) Washing And Complete Disinfection Of Mops And Household Cloths. 2. Assortment Intended For Washing: A) Sheets, Pillowcases, Duvet Covers, Pads, Napkins, Towels, Cloths, Cotton Cloth Diapers, Newborn Blankets (Colored Bedding Is Also Available), B) Surgical Underwear: Cotton Sheets, Cotton Pads, Napkins, Surgical Gowns, Cotton Surgical Clothes (Pants + Sweatshirts), Drapes, Barrier Surgical Gowns Reusable, C) Pajamas, Shirts, Bathrobes, Newborn Pajamas, Childrens Rompers, D) Screens, Bathroom Curtains, E) Mops After Cleaning Flat Surfaces, Household Cloths.3. The Laundry Room Should Use Technology Adapted To Washing Hospital Linen In Accordance With The Requirements For Washing And Disinfection Without Causing Damage To It.4. Infectious Underwear Should Be Washed Separately From General Hospital Underwear. 5. The Process Of Washing And Disinfecting Linen Should Take Place In Pass-Through Washing Machines With Separate Loading And Unloading Openings In The Dirty And Clean Areas, Respectively.6. The Laundry Room Should Have A Hygienic Barrier, I.E. A Physical And Functional Division Into A Dirty Zone, A Clean Zone And A Cloakroom Lock Between Zones.7. Clean Underwear Should Be Stored In A Separate Room, In The Clean Zone.8. Underwear Intended For Washing Should Be Disinfected During Washing Processes In Washing Machines. The Primary Method Of Disinfecting General Hospital Linen Should Be Thermal Disinfection If The Fabrics Are Tolerant To Temperatures ≥ 90 Degrees Celsius Within 5 Minutes Of Reaching The Indicated Temperature.
