The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of It Equipment And Software As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project - Part Ii Is The Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of It Equipment And Software In Order To Improve The Cybersecurity Of The It Resources Owned By The Ordering Party.2. If There Are Any Doubts As To The Compliance Of The Offered Equipment With The Subject Of The Order, In Particular With Regard To The Legality Of The Software, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Ask The Manufacturer Of The Offered Equipment Or Software To Confirm Their Compliance With The Contract (Including Providing The Manufacturer With The Necessary Data Enabling Verification), And To Commission The Manufacturer Of The Offered Equipment, Or An Entity Indicated By The Manufacturer, To Inspect The Devices In Terms Of Their Compliance With The Contract And The Validity And Scope Of Warranty And License Rights. B) The Offered Equipment In On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, It Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. During The Warranty Period, Repair Or Replacement Of The Equipment Or Its Parts Will Be Provided, With New And Original Parts, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Methodology And Recommendations. C) All Offered Equipment Should Have A Ce Declaration Of Conformity - Conformité Européenned Declaration). It Is Not Allowed To Use Devices, Systems, Software Defined As A Prototype, Trial Series, Demo Version, Freeware, Shareware Or As Unit Production. E) Devices, Systems, Software Should Come From A Manufacturer Providing Service And Maintenance Services. Warranty In Accordance With The Requirements Described In Opz And Ppu.F) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Intended For The Polish Market And Come From The Official Sales Channel.
