Tenders are invited for Facility Management (Cleaning & Janitorial) of the International Terminal Building at Victor Attah International Airport (Vaia), Uyo Date Added: June 17, 2026 Deadline: 01/07/2026 Category: Facilities Management Scope of Work includes: i. Daily terminal cleaning (Departure & Arrival lounges, restrooms, check-in areas, CIP/VIP lounges, baggage halls). ii. Apron and airside general cleaning (Foreign Object Debris control). iii. Glass panel cleaning (internal & external building height up to 25m with glass façade/cladding). iv. Floor polishing, carpet cleaning, high-level dusting. v. Waste collection & disposal (including segregated waste streams). vi. Landscaping, cleaning of landscaped access area, apron and grass height management of access road verges and car park. The new VAIA International Terminal Building, Car Park, including the supporting Maintenance & Security Buildings cover an area of 27,173 m². The additional required landscaped area including car park grass height management and road verges cover an area of about 10,000m2. Interested bidders are required to demonstrate: 1. Proven experience in large-scale cleaning/janitorial services, preferably at airports or similar high-traffic facilities. 2. Technical and financial capacity. 3. Relevant equipment and qualified personnel (OEM Certifications preferred).
