The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Expert Support Services Of A Research, Analytical And Advisory Nature, Intended To Prepare New Strategic And Operational Documents For The Implementation Of The Regional Program And Development Strategy Of The Opole Voivodeship After 2027. The Services Will Be Provided In An Hourly Model (Pool Of Advisory Time) - Flexibly, Successively, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract, I.E. From The Date Of Its Conclusion To December 31, 2028 (Or Until The Pool Of Hours Is Exhausted). The Order Includes Two Types Of Services Provided Ad-Hoc: 1. Expert Research And Analytical (Product) Services - Preparation Of Independent Studies Based On Data And/Or Source Materials (Including Concept/Methodology, Selection And Acquisition Of Data, Quantitative/Qualitative Analysis, Conclusions And Recommendations). The Final Product Is Generally A Report/Analysis/Diagnosis And, If Necessary, Also Presentations And Summaries Of Data.2. Expert Advisory Services (Consultation) - Interpretation, Implementation And Decision-Making Support (E.G. Consulting Document Provisions, Giving Opinions, Recommendations, Review Of Solutions And Implementation Practices, Participation In Meetings/Workshops). Each Consulting Order Ends With A Tangible Product (Usually An Advisory Note/Position/Opinion). Services May Concern Issues Related To The Implementation Of The Opolskie 2030 Strategy And Feo 2021–2027, Including: Innovation And Competitiveness, Energy And Environment, Transport And Mobility, Labor Market, Education, Social Inclusion, Social And Health Services, Digitalization, Security And Crisis Management, As Well As Elements Of The Implementation System Feo (Including Eligibility Of Expenses, Indicators, Project Selection Criteria, Implementation Risks, Dnsh Principle). The Order Will Be Executed In Clock Hours (60 Min). Maximum Total Order Size: 2,000 Hours, Including: • Guaranteed Order: 500 Hours • Order Covered By Option Rights: Up To 1,500 Hours. Services Are Performed On The Basis Of Partial Orders Initiated By The Ordering Party.
