2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula Entitled: Creation Of The Center For Social And Cultural Services In Budzyń, Which Will Be Located At Ul. Rynkowa 13 And 15 In Budzyń, Plot With Land Surveying Registration Number No. 948/1 And 949/1, Budzyń-Miasto Registration District. 2.2 The Task Envisages Comprehensive Revitalization Of The Area Of The Former Civil Registry Office And A Residential Building Through Renovation, Reconstruction And Expansion, And Includes, Among Others: In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Building Constituting The Headquarters Of The Library, Social Institutions, Associations And Other Social Economy Entities, As An Extension Of The Existing Building, 2) Revitalization Through Renovation And Modernization Of The Existing Building After The Civil Registry Office At Ul. Rynkowa 13 And 15,3) Development Of The Area Around The Building, Including: A) Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Road Surfaces (Internal Roads - Pedestrian Roads, Parking Spaces, Maneuvering Spaces, Driveways); B) Pedestrian Routes, Rest Areas; C) Partial Leveling Of The Area, Planting And Planting Of Ordered Greenery, D) Site Equipment, Including Small Architectural Objects, Waste Bins And Benches, Site Marking Elements, External Monitoring; E) Fences, Including The Entrance To The Site; F) Modernization And Reconstruction Of External Installations And Connections To The Building As Well As Equipment And Construction Facilities Related To Them, In Particular: - Power Connection And Backup Power Supply Installation With An External, Free-Standing Power Generator Together With Equipment (If Such A Decision Is Made By The Ordering Party At The Design Stage), - Telecommunications Connection (Fiber Optic And Cable), Along With External Installation, - Water Supply Connection, - Sanitary Sewage Connection, - Infiltration Storm Sewage System. 2.3 The Investment Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation By The Contractor, In Particular: A) Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Design Together With A Land Development Design, B) Preparation Of Technical And Executive Designs, C) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, D) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), E) Preparation Of A Detailed Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Prepared On The Basis Of A Cost Estimate, Specifying The Deadlines For The Implementation Of Individual Scopes Of Works, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And Applicable Law.2) Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Based On The Developed And Approved Design Documentation. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
