The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of District Road No. 2504E From Road No. 1 - Oraczew - Witonia - Pacyna From Km 10+529 To Km 11+490 In Byszew, Commune. Kutno As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled Modernization And Renovation Of The Road Surface Dp2504e In Byszew.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst) - Annex No. 1B To The Swz; 3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1C To The Swz; (Note: Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities As An Illustrative And Informational Material. The Basis For Determining The Price Of The Offer Is Ultimately The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Sst And Draft Contract);4) Draft Contract – Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. Guarantee And Warranty For Defects: Guarantee And Warranty: 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. (The Final Date Of The Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Will Result From The Contractors Offer). 2) The Guarantee And Warranty Cover All Elements Performed By The Contractor As Part Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, In Particular Construction Works. 3) The Warranty Covers: A) Removal Of Any Defects Present In The Item At The Time Of Receipt And During The Warranty Period; B) All Costs Related To The Performance Of Warranty Repairs, In Particular The Costs Of Materials And Labor As Well As The Costs Of Travel To The Place Of Repair, Transport And Delivery Of Construction Products; C) Costs Of Removing Any Damages, Defects And Defects That Occurred As A Result Of Materials Used By The Contractor That Had A Hidden Defect. 4.
