The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Works:1) Construction Of A 0.4Kv Cable Line - Type Yakxs 4X35mm2.2) Installation Of Prefabricated Foundations For Lighting Poles - 12 Pcs.3) Installation Of Lighting Poles - 12 Pcs. 4) Installation Of Lighting Fixtures - 12 Pcs.5) Jacking (Drilling Under Objects) In The Dvk Or Srs Protective Pipe 110.6) Construction Of A Grounding Network From Hoop Iron - 1 Set.7) Delivery And Assembly Of A Control Cabinet Along With The Connection And Cabling Of Devices.8) Incorporation Into Existing Street Lighting Networks With Configuration And Commissioning Of The Control System.9) Tests And Measurements, Including Photometric Measurements.C. The Execution Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Preparation Of As-Built And Acceptance Documentation And Its Delivery To The Ordering Party By The Date Of Reporting The Completed Works, In Paper And Electronic Form - 2 Sets. 2) Carrying Out Comprehensive Surveying Services For The Investment Along With An As-Built Surveying Inventory, In Four Sets (Including 1 Set On An Electronic Medium). On The Day Of Acceptance Of The Final Works, The Employer Will Require Geodetic Documentation From The Contractor, Containing The Results Of The As-Built Geodetic Inventory, Including The Map Referred To In Art. 2 Point 7B Of The Act Of May 17, 1989 - Geodetic And Cartographic Law, I.E. The Results Of As-Built Measurements, Including An Annotated Map, Taking Into Account Art. 12C Section 1, The Official Clause Referred To In Art. 40 Section 3G Point 3, Constituting Confirmation Of Acceptance Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource Of Data Sets Or Documents Referred To In Art. 12A Section 1, On The Basis Of Which This Map Was Prepared, Or A Declaration Of The Contractor Of Geodetic Works On Obtaining A Positive Verification Result. 3) Providing The Ordering Party With Geodetic Documentation Containing The Results Of The As-Built Geodetic Inventory, Including The Map Referred To In Article 2 Point 7B Of The Act Of May 17, 1989. – Geodetic And Cartographic Law, I.E.
