1. The Subject Of The Task Is The Execution Of An Order For The Development Of Design Documentation And, Based On It, The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Civil Defense Warehouse In The Sułkowice Commune (Design And Construction). The Task Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. 2. The Subject Of The Agreement Includes: Preparation Of Design Documentation Agreed With The Ordering Party, Together With Obtaining All Arrangements Required By Law, Studies, Derogations, Consents Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works, Obtaining By The Contractor On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Building Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of Works, Execution Of Works Together With The Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of These Works. The Contractor Will Develop Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Under Area 2 Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, In Accordance With The Contract No. 148.7.2/Ibw/Olioc/2026 Between The Voivode Of Małopolska And The Commune Of Sułkowice4. The Planned Investment Is The Construction Of A Single-Story Warehouse - A Civil Defense Warehouse With A Steel Structure In The Shape Of A Rectangle With A Building Area Of ​​216 M2, On Plots No. 1533/1 And 7717 In Sułkowice. 5. The Designed Civil Defense Warehouse Building Will Be Intended To Store Supplies And Equipment Necessary For Survival And Providing Assistance In Crisis Situations, Including During War.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Work Planned To Be Carried Out Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To The Terms Of Reference.7. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of This Item, They Should Be Treated As Proposals. The Ordering Party Allows Materials, Devices, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Indicated Standard Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order.
