Part I Of The Order: Construction And Installation Works Related To The Renovation Of Two (2) Vacant Buildings At Ul. Klonowa 5/10 And Ul. Portowa 9A/3. The Detailed Scope Of Works For Part I Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Performance Of Dismantling And Demolition Works; 2) Performance Of General Construction Works; 3) Performance Of Works Related To The Installation Of Construction Joinery And Carpentry Works; 4) Performance Of Works Related To Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installations; 5) Performance Of Works Related To Electrical Installation; 6) Performance Of Works Related To Internal Gas Installation;7) Execution Of Works Related To Central Heating;8) Renovation Works;9) Preparation Of The Basement For Use;10) Waste Collection And Disposal. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Making The Necessary Arrangements Related To The Implementation Of The Task (E.G. With The Road Manager, Property Owners) And Bearing The Related Costs, If Necessary; 2) Organization, Development And Marking Of The Construction Site And Liquidation Of The Construction Site; 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize And Carry Out Construction Works In A Safe Manner That Does Not Pose A Threat To People Staying In The Investment Area. He Is Particularly Responsible For Carrying Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of February 6, 2003 On Health And Safety During Construction Works (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 47, Item 401); 4) In The Event Of Damage To Existing Utilities And Other Existing Elements, Compensation For Losses Will Be Enforced Based On As-Built Calculations And Losses Resulting From Lack Of Power Or Transmission Prepared By The Injured User Or Owner; 5) Maintaining Order During The Execution Of Works, Systematic Tidying Up Of Work Sites And Tidying Up After Completion Of Works; 6) The Contractor Should Perform All Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works In Such A Way That, Within The Limits Resulting From The Need To Fulfill Contractual Obligations, It Does Not Disturb Public Order, Access, Use Or Occupation Of Public And Private Roads, Sidewalks And Squares To And On Areas Belonging To Both The Ordering Party And Third Parties More Than Necessary; 7) The Contractor Should Indemnify The Ordering Party Against Any Claims, Proceedings, Compensation And Costs That May Result From Failure To Comply With The Above Provision; 8) The Contractor Should Protect The Access Roads To The Construction Site From Damage By Traffic Related To The Activities Of The Contractor And Subcontractors, Selecting Routes And Using Vehicles So That Specific Traffic Related To The Transport Of The Contractors Materials, Devices And Equipment To The Construction Site Is Limited To A Minimum And Does Not Cause Damage To These Roads; 9) The Contractor Should Indemnify And Compensate The Ordering Party For Any Claims That May Be Made Directly Against The Ordering Party
