B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swzc) If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Appendix To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced With Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By. The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions.
