The Order Is A Design-Build Order, And The Scope Of Work Includes: - Preparation Of Technical Documentation, - Roof/Ceiling Insulation (875 M2) - External Wall Insulation (1,242.94 M2 Net Area) - Replacement Of Window Joinery (283.42 M2) - Replacement Of Door Joinery (38.8 M2) - Installation Of An Air/Water Heat Pump For Domestic Hot Water - Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Ground (50 Kwp) Together With An Energy Storage With A Capacity Of 50 Kwh - Replacement Of Built-In Lighting With Energy-Saving Ones. - Installation Of Nesting Boxes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Energy-Saving Technical Solutions At The Design And Subsequent Implementation Stage. The Ordering Party Informs That Part Of The Building Of The Complex Of Educational Institutions Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is In The Process Of Implementing Another Task Related To The Replacement Roof Covering And Hardening Of The Area At The Complex Of Educational Facilities, Therefore, When Creating The Work Schedule For The Procedure In Question, The Work Schedule Of The Contractor Carrying Out The Investment Related To The Replacement Of The Roof Covering And Hardening Of The Area Should Be Taken Into Account. The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Using Materials With A Low Carbon Footprint, I.E. Ecological Materials That Do Not Emit Harmful Substances Into The Atmosphere, As Well As Those That Have Recycling Potential, Minimizing The Generation Of Construction Waste.
