The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation, I.E.: Materials To Be Submitted, Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Permanent Traffic Organization Design And Bill Of Quantities (Provided By The Ordering Party And Constituting Annexes To This Swz) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards And Conditions Resulting From This Order. 3.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road From Km 0+000 To Km 0+382 On A Section 0.382 Km Long, With A Road Width Of 3.0 M And A Thickness Of 6 Cm, Along With Shoulders 2 X 0.75 M Wide And 6 Cm Thick, Along With Markings.3.3. The Following Works Should Be Performed As Part Of The Task: - Measurement Works For Linear Earthworks; - Subsoil Profiling And Compaction Performed Mechanically In Category Ii-Iv Soil For Pavement Construction Layers; - Sprinkling Asphalt On Road Surfaces; - Construction Of Surfaces From Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures Delivered From The Plant With A Capacity Of 100 T/H, With A Thickness After Compaction Of 3 Cm (Wearing Layer); - Sprinkling Asphalt On Road Surfaces; - Construction Of Surfaces From Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures Delivered From The Plant With A Capacity Of 100 T/H, With A Thickness After Compaction Of 3 Cm (Wearing Layer); - Construction Of Roadsides From Crushed Aggregate 0÷31.5 Mm, 6 Cm Thick; - Construction Of Slopes From Crushed Aggregates With A Thickness Of 6 Cm After Compaction; - Setting Up Posts For Road Signs And Reflective Road Sign Shields (According To The Traffic Organization Design); - Preparation Of An As-Built Surveying Inventory.3.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E. It Is Specified In The Materials To Be Submitted, The Bill Of Quantities, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Permanent Traffic Organization, While The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Auxiliary In The Valuation Of The Offer. Application Materials And Sstwior Are Required. In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Findings Of Individual Elements Of The Documentation, The Scope That Is The Widest And Most Favorable To The Ordering Party Applies, And Its Detailed Determination Must Be Made In Writing.
