12.1. The Subject Of This Order Is: Reconstruction And Renovation Of Road Infrastructure In The Lubaczów Commune, Including: 1) Part No. 1 - Renovation Of Municipal Roads With The Participation Of Financial Resources From The Lubaczów Forest District• Renovation Of The Road, Plot No. 313 In The Town Of Opaka Km 0+010 - Km 0+430 Stage I As Part Of Part No. 1, The Contractor Is Obliged To Set Up, At His Own Expense And With His Own Efforts, An Information Board About The Financial Participation Of The State Forests In Its Implementation (In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Order No. 13 Of The Director General Of The State Forests Of January 29, 2025). All Requirements Contained In The Swz Are The Same For Each Of The Three Parts Of The Order; They Should Be Treated Separately In Relation To Individual Parts, With Exceptions Described Directly In Swz12.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 8 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 For Parts 1, 2, 3 To The Swz.
