The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Under The Name: Creation Of An Observation Deck At The Gunpowder (Tanning) Windmill In Strzegom - This Task Is A Continuation Of The Commenced Works. The Design Documentation On The Basis Of Which The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Covers A Larger Scope Of Works To Be Performed Than The Scope Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Some Of The Work Was Carried Out In Previous Years. The Last Stage Remains To Be Completed, Which Has Been Divided Into Two Tasks And Includes The Following Works: Task 1: 1) Construction Of Partition Walls, 2) Construction And Covering Of The Roof On The Terrace 3) Construction Of An Aluminum Facade On The Terrace 4) Construction Of Stone Floors From Granite Slabs 5) Plastering And Painting Of Partition Walls And Ceilings 6) Construction Of Steel Balustrades And Stair Handles 7) Installation Of Internal And Exit Doors To The Terrace 8) Delivery And Installation Of Information Boards (According To The Description In Annex No. 10 To The Swz), 9) Delivery And Assembly Of Viewing Platforms, 10) Delivery And Installation Of Telescopes For Panoramic Observation, (According To The Description In Annex No. 10 To The Swz), 11) Execution Of Internal Electrical Installations. Task 2: 1) Mechanical Cleaning Of The Existing Plaster From The Inner Surface Of The Windmill Walls, 2) Chiseling Out Joints For New Grouting, 3) Completing The Walls With Stone Delivered By The Contractor, 4) Grouting The Walls Made Of Broken Stone, 5) Tidying Up The Area And Waste Disposal, 6) Constructing A Ventilation Chimney With A Stone Cover, 7) Carrying Out Rainwater Drainage From The Terrace (Installation Of Drainage Linear With A Siphon In The Ceiling, Installation Of An 8 M Long Fi 110 Pvc Downpipe At The Reinforced Concrete Column Along With The Construction), 8) Framing The Inner Edge Of The Stairs For Mounting The Balustrade.
