The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task Called Construction Of A Warehouse Within The Existing Base Of A Municipal Enterprise For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Consisting In The Construction Of A Free-Standing, Single-Story Warehouse Building For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense On The Plot 57/4 Of The City Of Płoty (Precinct 0003). As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Existing External Water Supply System Should Also Be Moved And The Shed Existing In The Area In Question Should Be Dismantled. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills, And The Contract. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Hereinafter Swz), Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. Due To The Nature Of The Remuneration (Lump Sum), The Bill Of Quantities Has Been Attached For Information Purposes Only. When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Any Differences In Quantities Or Lack Of Items, If The Need To Perform The Work Results From The Land Development Project, Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Obligations Indicated In The Template/Draft Contract, Including Warranty And Guarantee. The Implementation Of The Task Is Co-Financed On The Basis Of: Agreement No. 144.1.1.2026.Olioc.Zb For Co-Financing Of A Construction Investment With Funds From The State Budget, Task Titled: Construction Of A Warehouse Within The Existing Base Of A Municipal Enterprise For The Needs Of Population Protection And Civil Defense, In The Area Of Plot No. 57/4 Płoty 3 Area Implemented Within The Scope Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Olioc Program). The Ordering Party Informs That By The Date Of Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, It Will Obtain A Decision On The Building Permit.
