Task No. 1: Construction, Electrical And Sanitary Works. Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of Task No. 1 Include, Among Others: (Construction Works) 1) Insulation Of The Walls Of The Building Below The Ground, Including The Installation Of Architraves And Reconstruction Of Sidewalks. 2) Insulation Of The Walls Above The Ground, Including The Implementation Of Façade Plaster And Painting. 3) Replacement Of External Door Joinery. 4) Replacement Of Window Joinery. 5) Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings On Cornices, Window Sills, Etc. 6) Replacement Of Gutters. 7) Insulation Of Ceilings. 8) Painting Rooms After Installation Works, 9) Other Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. (Electrical Works)1) Replacement Of The Main Switchboard. 2) Replacement Of Multi-Story Switchboards. 3) Replacement Of The Lighting Installation, Including Emergency And Evacuation Lighting. 4) Replacement Of The Plug Socket Installation. 5) Replacement Of The Lan, Cctv And Bell Installation. 6) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System. 7) Power Supply For The Heat Pump, Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installation. 8) Other Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. (Sanitary Works) 1) Installation Of 2 Air-Water Heat Pumps In A Cascade System, Which Will Meet The Heat Demand For The Building When The Temperature Does Not Exceed 0O C, Together With The Construction Of A Fence, 2) Inclusion Of The Heat Pump In The Existing System, Together With The Reconstruction Of The Distributor And Installation Of A Heat Buffer. 3) Partial Reconstruction Of The Central Heating Installation. 4) Construction Of A Ventilation Installation Together With Accompanying Works. 5) Construction Of An Air Conditioning Installation Together With Works Accompanying.6) Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Map. 7) Other Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. Note: The Valuation Of The Task Should Include The Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Map. Note: The Valuation Of The Task Should Include The Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate For The Building After Thermal Modernization Works.
