1. The Subject Of Construction Works Is: Construction Of A Sidewalk Along District Road No. 4803P In The Town Of Rydzyna (Ul. Wolności).2. The Investment Will Be Implemented On Plots No. 79 And 298/2 Rev. Rydzyna, Commune Rydzyna, Poviat Leszczyński.3. It Is Planned To Reconstruct The District Road No. 4803P With The Construction Of A Sidewalk With A 1.5 M Wide Concrete Paving Stone Surface And Drainage In The Form Of Rain Inlets And Outlets To The Watercourse Bed. As A Result Of The Planned Reconstruction Of The Road Section, The Existing Road System Should Be Widened To Allow For The Construction Of A Sidewalk. Due To The Above, It Is Planned To Reconstruct A Section Of The Rów Dąbiecki Stream Bed By Closing A Sheet Pile In The Slope Of The Stream Bed. It Is Planned To Clean And Re-Profil The Section Of The Stream Bed And Local Strengthening Of The Bed Bottom In The Places Of The Planned And Reconstructed Outlets From The Sewerage Channels.4. Additionally, The Scope Of The Investment Includes A Local Change In The Drainage Method Of The Road Section By Constructing 3 Outlets As Well As Rebuilding The Existing Outlet From The Road Inlet With The Drainage Of Rainwater And Meltwater To The Streambed - Rów Dąbiecki.5. Along The Sidewalk On The Side Of The Ditch, A Segmented Balustrade With Lamellas 1.1 M High Above The Edge Of The Sidewalk Is Planned. The Colors Of The Balustrade Are Related To Those Existing Before And After The Scope Of The Reconstruction Of The District Road, I.E. White And Red.6. The Following Pavement Surface Structure Was Adopted: • Wearing Layer Made Of Concrete Paving Stones - 8 Cm Thick, • Cement-Sand Bedding - 3 Cm Thick, • Subbase Made Of Unbound Mixture 0/31.5 With C90/3 Aggregate - Thickness. 15 Cm, • Auxiliary Sub-Base Made Of A Cement Mixture C1.5/2.0 - Thickness. 15 Cm7. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Introduce Permanent Road Traffic Organization In Accordance With The Traffic Organization Design.8. Particular Attention Should Be Paid To Works Performed Near Existing Sanitary, Power, Telecommunications Networks, Etc. Works Near The Networks Should Be Carried Out Manually With Particular Caution. 9. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations As Well As General Knowledge And Principles Of Performing Construction Works. Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Should Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Area Of ​​Construction Works. The Attached Cost Estimates Are Indicative And May Not Include All The Works Necessary To Complete The Task.10.
