1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse In Gostkowo, Łysomice Commune, Toruń Poviat, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship In The Design And Build Formula. 2. The Task Involves Designing And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works, And Then Building The Warehouse Until Obtaining The Occupancy Permit/Notifying The Completion Of The Works (If Applicable). 3. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparatory Works - Design; 2) Construction Of A Storm Sewage Bypass; 3) Hardening With Stones; 4) Construction Of The Hall, Internal Wall, Foundation Slab; 5) External Lighting; 6) Power Connection; 7) Lightning Protection, Internal Electrical Installation, Alarm, Monitoring. 3. The Scope Of Works Within The Agreed Remuneration Also Includes: 1) Obtaining The Necessary Map Bases For Design Purposes; 2) Performing Geotechnical Tests; 3) Verifying The Possibility Of Using Existing Connections For The Purposes Of The Tasks In Question Or Obtaining For The Investor New Technical Conditions, Assurances Of Connection To External Networks And Obtaining Conditions For Removing Possible Technical Conflicts; 4) Obtaining For The Investor All The Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements, Checks Of Design Solutions And Approvals Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task. To The Extent Resulting From The Regulations And Requirements Of Authorized Authorities, With Particular Emphasis On Sanitary Regulations And Fire Safety;5) Implementation And Approval Of Projects Related To The Removal Of Conflicts, Including The Implementation And Approval Of Construction Designs (Together With The Necessary Decisions);6) Development Of A Construction Design Together With The Necessary Decisions, Opinions, Expert Opinions And Arrangements, And Obtaining The Final Decision On A Building Permit;7) Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Executive Designs;8) Preparation Of The Necessary Bill Of Quantities, Expert Opinions, Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications;9) Preparation Of Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, Environmental Protection, Fire Protection And Other Threats If Such Preparation Is Required Under Separate Regulations;10) Preparation Of A Project For The Temporary Organization Of Traffic During Construction, If Necessary;11) Surveying Services Consisting In Marking Out The Facility;12) Preparation Of The Area For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including: Arrangements With The Ordering Party And/Or User Of The Details Of The Implementation Of The Investment, The Impact Of Which May Affect The Normal Operation Of The Volunteer Fire Department, Orlik, Common Room; 13) Ensuring All Utilities Necessary For The Duration Of The Investment; Preparing The Construction Site And Facilities In Accordance With The Law And The Employers Guidelines And Ensuring The Protection Of The Area During Implementation;14) Preparing A General Schedule For The Co
