The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Water Intake Point, Consisting Of Replacing The Substructure And The Surface Of Openwork Concrete Slabs Of The Maneuvering Area And The Exit Of The Water Intake Point, Replacing Reinforced Concrete Barriers And Curbs Surrounding The Construction In Question, And Strengthening The Waterfront With Stone And Concrete Riprap. After The Works Are Completed, An Access Road Of Approximately 900 Meters In Length Should Be Reconstructed. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Extremely Valuable Natural Area And Require Actions With Particular Caution. Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Has Prepared The Documentation Required To Report Construction Works Together With All Necessary Arrangements, Will Notify The Works On Behalf Of The Investor And Will Obtain Consent To Carry Out The Task Issued By The Starosta. The Scope Of Work Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 3 To The Swz And The Statement By M.Sc. Eng. Marek Nowak - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Tender Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Recommendations Of The Investor And The Investors Supervision Inspector, As Well As Applicable Ppn Standards. All Documentation Must Be Taken Into Account. If An Element Appears In Only One Of The Documents, It Should Be Included In The Valuation. The Valuation And Settlement Of Works Is A Lump Sum. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Subject Of The Order On Site And Perform The Task Both In Accordance With The Design And In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice And The Functional Properties Of The Facility. After Signing The Contract And Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Written Approval Of The Materials, The Parameters Of Which Should Be Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation. Material Applications Will Be Accepted Successively By The Investors Supervision Inspector And Finally By The Investor. Field Visit. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Submitted Offer, The Participation Of The Employers Representative In A Site Visit To The Site Of The Planned Works Is Required Before The Valuation Of The Submitted Tender Offer. The Date Of The On-Site Visit Is June 24, 2026 At 11.00, Meeting At The Main Parking Lot Of The Ppn. During This Period, You Can Obtain Detailed Information About Your Order On Site. To Participate In The On-Site Visit, You Must Report Your Willingness To Participate By 3 P.M. On The Previous Day (June 23, 2026) By E-Mail To Pzysk@Pieninypn.Pl. An Offer Submitted In The Procedure By A Contractor Who Did Not Participate In The On-Site Visit Results In Rejection Of The Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.
