1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Under The Task Titled: Construction Of The Nutrition Laboratory At Zsckr In Sejny - Stage Ii, Including Construction, Finishing, Sanitary And Electrical Works Within The Scope Specified In The Bill Of Quantities.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Facade And Insulation Works, B) Plasters, Plasters, Floors And Carpets, C) Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, D) Internal Sanitary Installations, E) Mechanical Ventilation, F) Pv Installation, G) Underground Installations, H) Gas Installation, I) Lower Heat Pump Source, J) Technological Sewage, K) Monitoring, Lan, Alarm3) The Ordering Party Informs That The Facade Materials (Styrofoam, Pins And Mesh) Were Purchased As Part Of The First Stage Of The Investment And Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor By The Ordering Party.4) At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That Some Of The Sanitary Works Were Performed As Part Of The First Stage Of The Investment And Are Not Subject To Valuation And Implementation In These Proceedings. The Scope Of Works Performed In Stage I Is Specified In The Attached Quantity Of Sanitary Works Performed In Stage I.5) The Scope Of This Procedure Covers Only The Works Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities For Stage Ii Of The Investment. The Remaining Scope Of Works Is Planned To Be Carried Out As Part Of Stage Iii In The Following Year.6) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Execution Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents:2.1. Design Documentation2.2. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior)2.3. Bill Of Quantities7) Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractors Evaluation Of The Offer Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 2.1 And Stwior. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 2.1 Or Stwior.8) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit To Check The Place And Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Construction Work That Is The Subject Of The Contract, With The Proviso That The Submission Of The Offer Must Be Preceded By An Offer. (The Ordering Party Sets The Requirement Referred To In Article 131(2) Of The Public Procurement Law). The Cost Of The Site Visit Is Borne By The Contractor.
