The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Children And Youth From The Wilków Commune To And From Educational Institutions, Including The Provision Of Care For Children And Youth While Traveling To And From Educational Institutions. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Transport Will Take Place On School Days And Kindergartens, From September 1, 2026. Until June 25, 2027. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Educational Institutions (Schools, Kindergartens): Public Primary School In Wilków, Public Primary School In Bukowice, School And Kindergarten Complex In Idzikowice (School And Kindergarten), Public Kindergarten In Wilków. The Contractor Will Provide Services Using Means Of Transport That Meet All The Requirements For The Transport Of Children And Adolescents Contained In Applicable Law. Vehicles Must Have Seats For All Transported Children And Adolescents, They Must Be Fully Functional And, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, They Should Have Appropriate Marking Of The Vehicle For The Transport Of Children And Adolescents. Vehicles Performing The Service Must Have Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance And A Current Technical Inspection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Trained And Qualified Staff In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions, Guaranteeing The Performance Of Services With Due Diligence. The Contractor, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Is Obliged To: - Secure Appropriate Buses And Drivers, - Ensure Punctual And Scheduled Transport Of Children And Teenagers, - Provide Appropriate Care During The Performance Of The Service. Services - People Responsible For Comprehensive Care Of Children And Young People During Transport (Bus Drivers Cannot Simultaneously Care For Children And Young People), - Providing Monthly Tickets For Transported Children And Young People. Contractors Submitting Offers Are Obliged To Familiarize Themselves With The Relevant Provisions Of Law, Acts And Regulations In Force In Poland, Which May In Any Way Influence Or Refer To Activities Undertaken In Connection With The Tender And Following The Signing Of The Contract. Contractors Are Responsible For Carefully Familiarizing Themselves With The Swz Together With Its Annexes, Any Changes To The Swz Prepared During The Tender Period, And For Obtaining Reliable Information Regarding Individual Conditions And Obligations That May In Any Way Affect The Sum Or Substance Of The Offer Or The Provision Of Services.
