Transport Of Children From The Town And Commune Of Toszek To The Special School Complex In Pyskowice Ul. Poniatowskiego 2 In The School Year 2026/2027. Delivery And Collection Of Children From The Special School Complex In Pyskowice Will Take Place From The Following Towns: Toszek, Kotulin, Płużniczka, Ciochowice, Paczyna, Pniów, Pyskowice: A) Delivery Is Scheduled For 8:00 A.M., Collection At 3:05 P.M., B) Collection And Delivery Of Children Will Take Place Will Be From The Towns: Toszek, Kotulin, Płużniczka, Ciochowice, Paczyna, Pniów, Pyskowice, C) The Transport Starts From The Main Stop In Toszek Through The Towns Mentioned Above And Ends In Pyskowice. Return Of The Children Along The Same Route, D) Care For The Transported Students Is Provided By The Director Of The Educational Institution, E) The Estimated Daily Route Is 96 Km. Note!!! The Estimated Number Of Transported Children Is 13, With The Reservation That From Another Town In The Toszek Commune, Other Than Those Mentioned Above, There May Be Grounds For Sending The Child To Special Education During The School Year. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: • The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Introduction Of Standards For The Protection Of Minors Pursuant To Art. 32 Sections 5-7, Art. 39 Sections 4-4A And Art. 39A Section 1 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 – Education Law. • In The Case Of Task No. I, The Guardian During The Transport Of Children Is Provided By The Director Of The Organizational Unit Of The Commune; • In The Case Of Task No. Ii, Providing A Guardian During Transport Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Bus Driver Cannot Be The Guardian Of Students. The Guardian Is Responsible For Students Transported From The Moment They Board The Bus Until They Are Handed Over To School, And For Students Transported From The Moment They Are Picked Up From School Until They Leave The Bus At The Bus Stop In Their Town. Their Parents/Legal Guardians Are Responsible For The Safety Of Students Getting On The Bus And Returning Home After Being Transported To Their Home Town. During Transport, The Guardian Escorts The Students To The School Entrance Door And Hands Them Over To The Teacher On Duty Appointed By The School Principal; • The Morning Time Of Vehicle Arrival Should Be Selected So That Students Are At School No Later Than 5 Minutes Before The Start Of Classes; • The Contractor Must Respond To Occasional Changes In The Start And End Times Of Classes, Or Days Off From School After Consultation With The Facility Directors, • In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown Or Other Events That Take The Vehicle Out Of Service, The Contractor Must Secure A Replacement Means Of Transport; • The Contractor Undertakes To Notify The Ordering Party And The Principal Of The School The Children Attend About Any Existing Or Anticipated Obstacles To The Provision Of Transport Services; • The Contractor Will Have To Adjust The Times Of Transporting Children To School Hours A
