1. The Subject Of This Order Is: Feeding Service For Students Of Primary School No. 1 In Wschowa In The School Year 2026/2028. The Ordering Party Specifies That During The Implementation Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Will Serve Approximately 60 Lunches A Day For A Period Of 350 Calendar Days During The School Year 2026/2027 And 2027/2028.2. Requirements For Meals: A) They Should Be Of The Highest Quality, First Quality Or Class, B) Must Meet The Appropriate Quality Requirements For Nutrition In Public Catering Conditions, Including Meeting The Sanitary Conditions Of Their Acquisition, Production, Processing, Storage, Transport And Sale, C) Meals Must Be Filling, Tasty, Caloric, Healthy, Varied, High Quality, Both In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Weight And Aesthetics, D) Meals Must Have The Appropriate Temperature During Their Serving, E) Meals Must Be Prepared From Nutritious, Fresh Food Products With Valid Expiry Dates, F) It Is Prohibited To Serve Ready-Made Fast Food Meals.3. Persons Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order (Preparing Meals, Delivering Meals And Serving Them) Must Have A Valid Medical Certificate For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes, Necessary To Perform Activities Involving Contact With Food;4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Premises To Prepare And Serve Hot Meals.5. The Contractor Is Authorized To Conduct Specific Business Or Professional Activities – The Ordering Party Will Consider The Condition To Be Met If The Contractor Has A Current Permit/Decision Of The Relevant Local Sanitary Inspection Authority Confirming The Fulfillment Of Hygiene, Sanitary And Health Requirements For The Production Of Meals And The Possibility Of Conducting (Providing) Catering Services, In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448);6. Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law Regarding The Storage And Preparation Of Food Products In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On The Group Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154);7 For The Appropriate Age Group (Weight And Calorie Content Appropriate For Children And Adolescents Aged 6 To 16) In Accordance With The Provisions On Food Production; 8. All Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Provisions. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety, Including The Provisions. Implementing Regulations Of This Act. It Is Essential To Comply With The Standards For Nutritional Ingredients And Food Products Specified By The Institute Of Nutrition And Food. The Ordering Party Reserves The Rig
