1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Delivery Of Laboratory Glassware And Laboratory Accessories For The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Research Network Of Natural Science Universities For The Development Of The Polish Dairy Sector - Research Project3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Assortment And Price Sheet, Which Is Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Document Entitled: Drafted Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes Between Individual Product Items While Maintaining The Rules Specified In The Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. The Quantities Indicated In The Assortment And Price Sheet (Appendix No. 1.1 To The Swz) Are Estimates, Refer To The Basic Order And Are Only Used To Compare And Evaluate Offers. The Actual Quantities Of Laboratory Accessories Ordered May Differ From The Quantities Indicated In The Sheet, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.7. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Cannot Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties. The Delivered Assortment Should Be Brand New, Unused And Complete.8. The Delivered Products Must Meet The Applicable Requirements Resulting From Polish And European Union Law, Including Safety Standards Appropriate For This Type Of Product.9. Place Of Delivery: Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences, Department Of Development Of Functional Food Products, Ul. Chełmońskiego 37, 51-630 Wrocław, Building F13, 2Nd Floor.10. Delivery Time: The Maximum Allowable Delivery Time, Counted In Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order, Is 14 Business Days. Delivery Time Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers And May Be Shortened By The Contractor In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Chapter 17 Of The Swz. The Delivery Time Declared By The Contractor Is Valid For Both The Basic Order And Optional Orders.11. Guarantee And Warranty: Details Regarding The Warranty And Warranty Are Specified In The Ppu, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz
