Jun 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Agriculture, Development, Training & Capacity Building [TAWAZON TABII / WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM] Construction and Rehabilitation of a Phytoepuration (Constructed Wetland) Wastewater Treatment System Expressions of Interest Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on: _ The contracts size: Maximum budget 25,000$ (including VAT) The nature of the Services: The project includes the implementation of a pilot wastewater treatment station / phyto-epuration system as part of its objective to improve access to sustainable means of production and climate-resilient practices. _ The technical area and expertise: Proven experience (minimum 5 years recommended) in construction and installation of wastewater treatment systems, preferably constructed wetlands / nature-based solutions Demonstrated expertise in: Civil works and excavation Hydraulic systems and piping installation Electromechanical systems (pumps, control panels) Availability of qualified personnel including: Civil Engineer Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Site Supervisor Previous similar project references (wetlands, wastewater treatment, or water infrastructure projects) The location : Taanayel, Lebanon The Client will also take into account for the evaluation of the applications the following: Contractor shall: 1. Execute full installation in accordance with technical specifications and manufacturer recommendations 2. Conduct testing and commissioning of the entire system 3. Provide on-site training to beneficiary / operator on: 4. Operation of pumps and control system 5. Routine maintenance procedures 6. Monitoring of wetland system performance 7. Deliver operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals in English (and Arabic if required) Risk of loss or damage during transport rests with the supplier until acceptance by FTL.
