Tenders are invited for Trainer on Business Plan Development for Smes and Cooperatives Objective Fair Trade Lebanon (FTL) is seeking to engage qualified trainer(s) to facilitate training sessions on Business plan development for selected SMEs and cooperatives under the ARADINA project. The assignment aims to strengthen the capacity of participating SMEs and cooperatives to develop practical and realistic business plans that support their growth, sustainability, competitiveness, and agroecological transition objectives. The training will aim to: Increase participants understanding of the key components of a business plan and its importance for business development and investment readiness. Strengthen participants capacity to analyze their business environment, identify opportunities and risks, and define strategic objectives. Build participants skills in market analysis, financial planning, operational planning, and business model development. Support SMEs and cooperatives in developing or improving business plans that contribute to business growth, market access, and long-term sustainability. The training should be practical and participatory, combining presentations, discussions, and examples relevant to the activities of participating SMEs and cooperatives. The ARADINA project works with a total of approximately 100 SMEs and 45 cooperatives across its intervention areas. The training will be delivered to selected SMEs and cooperatives participating in the project, based on the training topic and geographic area of intervention. Beneficiaries are distributed across three main intervention areas: Akkar; Baalbek-Hermel and Bekaa (Zahle, West Bekaa and Rachaya); Beirut and Mount Lebanon . Under this assignment, the selected trainer(s) will deliver up to 20 training sessions, for SMEs and Coops. Participating SMEs and cooperatives have been grouped geographically for training purposes. The table below presents the indicative number of SME and cooperative groups in each intervention area. Each group is expected to include approximately 7 to 15 participating entities, although the final number may vary depending on the area, venue capacity, and beneficiary distribution.
