The Appointed Concessionaire Shall Be Responsible For Selling And Manage Advertising In Approved Display Boards, Utilising The Latest Technology In And Around The City, Which Includes:•The Supply, Installation, Maintenance, And Removal (As Necessary) Of A Minimum Of 34 Approved Bus Shelters / Display Boards In Peterborough During The Initial Installation Phase Of The Contract.•The Selling And Management Of Advertising Space On The Display Boards/Units.•Making Proposals For Additional Bus Shelters / Display Boards To Be Supplied, Installed, Maintained, And Removed (As Necessary) At New Sites Throughout The Contract Period.•Supplying, Installing, Maintaining, And Removing (In Exceptional Services) Display Boards/Units At The Request Of The Authority.•Relocating And/Or Removing Existing Boards Which Are Affected By Development Works (Subject To Approval By The Authority And At The Expense Of The Concessionaire).This Is A Concessions Contract – The Successful Concessionaire Will Be Required To Pay A Guaranteed Quarterly Payment To The Authority, In Addition To A Percentage Of The Revenue Generated Through The Sale Of Advertising Space.
