Rauma Citys Procurement Services Is Requesting A Contract Bid For The Works Included In The Construction Contract For The Surface Structure Of The Hevossuo Waste Station Of The Rauma Seudu Jatehuoltolaitto In The Extent Required By The Tender Documents, Fully Completed. The Work Will Be Done As A Total Price Package, Which Includes The Construction Of The Surface Structure Of The Hevossuo Non-Hazardous Waste Disposal Area, The Water Control And Drainage Structures, The Elevations Of The Leachate Wells, The Work Related To The Construction Of The Service Road, Gas Collection Wells And Suction Lines, And The Water Separation Well, With Their Related Accessories, Fully Completed In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Contract Period Starts In October 2026 At The Earliest, And The Contract Must Be Completed In Its Entirety With Documentation By The Last Day Of October 2029. The Contract Has The Following Stages And Interim Goals:- Pre-Covering And Shaping Layer By The End Of September 2027.- Settlement Of The Fill And Monitoring Of The Settlement From The Beginning Of October 2027 To The End Of May 2028, Construction Work Cannot Be Carried Out. During To Do In The Areas That Have Been Filled. In Other Areas, Construction Work Can Be Done During Subsidence. - The Construction Of Surface Insulation Structures And Gas Collection Lines In The Area To Be Closed From The Beginning Of June 2028 To The End Of October 2029 At The Earliest. The Contractor Must Familiarize Himself With The Construction Site And The Conditions Prevailing There, And Make The Measurements And Studies Required To Define The Scope Of The Contract Before Submitting The Offer. Two Familiarization Events Will Be Held At The Construction Site On Tuesday 28 July 2026 At 12 Noon And 4 August 2026 At 12 Noon.
