Aalto Universitys K2 Research And Teaching Building Located In The Otaniemi District Of Espoo At Puumienkuja 3. In The Project, A Cryostat Laboratory Will Be Built In The End Part Of The Property. The Contractor Is Required To Familiarize Himself With The Site Before Submitting An Offer. A Bidder Who Has Not Familiarized Himself With The Site Will Be Excluded From The Tender. The Change Areas Are Marked On The Ground Plan Ark-1003-0010 And Ark-1003-1010. The Changes Are Located On The 1St And Basement Floors. There May Be Building Technology Changes Outside The Construction Work Change Area, See Hvac Plans. The Cryostat Room Will Be Separated From The Current 1St Floor Foundry Hall With New Partition Walls Made Of Plates. The Old Double Door Opening Will Be Bricked Up. The Compressors Serving The Research Equipment Will Be Placed In The Basement. Demolition Work: The Building Technology In The Conversion Area Will Be Dismantled According To The Hvac Plans. The Partition Walls And Doors To Be Demolished Are Marked On The Demolition Floor Plan Ark-1003P-0010 And Ark-1003P-1010. The Remaining Wall Surfaces Of The Conversion Area Will Be Painted, The New Partitions Will Be Processed According To The Painting Work Description, The Measures For The Floor Surfaces According To The Floor Diagrams, And The Ceiling Surfaces Will Be Maintenance Painted.
