This Is A Preliminary Notice Regarding The Future Procurement, The Object Of Which Is The Transport And Related Services Of Libraries Material Logistics For The Piki Library Network (Pirkanmaa Libraries Is A Collection Of Libraries Based On The Cooperation Of 22 Pirkanmaa City And Municipal Libraries). Kuhmoinen Is Not Part Of The Piki Library Network. The Service To Be Procured Primarily Includes The Transport Of Library Material Between The Main Libraries Of Piki Libraries, As Well As Tasks Related To The Processing And Sorting Of Material. The Main Goal Of The Service Is To Ensure The Efficient, Reliable And Cost-Effective Movement Of Library Material Regionally. Piki Libraries Form An Extensive Library Network Where Material Moves Between Municipalities In Accordance With Customer Needs. The Logistics Solution Thus Plays A Significant Role In Ensuring Transport Schedules, Service Level, Availability And Customer Experience. In The Future Acquisition, The Cooperation Between The Subscriber And The Selected Service Provider Will Be Emphasized To Implement Logistics Solutions Holistically, Taking Into Account Both Operational Efficiency And Service Quality. In The Current Situation, The Logistics Of The Library Material Will Be Handled By Contract With The Current Service Provider. The Service Covers The Sorting Of Material At The Service Providers Terminal And Transports Mainly Between The Main Libraries Of Piki Libraries Twice A Week. In Addition, Local Libraries Are Also Partially Covered By The Transports. The Municipalities Also Have Their Own Local Transport Solutions. The Competition Is To Be Launched In The Fall, And It Will Primarily Focus On Transport Between Piki Libraries Main Libraries And Services Related To Material Handling. The Purpose Of The Advance Notification Is To Survey The Companies On The Market And Their Interest And Readiness To Participate In The Tender, As Well As To Inform Potential Participants In More Detail About The Future Procurement Process. This Is Not A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Bids, But An Advance Notice To Potential Companies Interested In Procurement. The Information Given In The Advance Notification Is Preliminary Information And Does Not Bind The Procurement Unit Or The Potential Bidders Participating In Them. The Market Dialogues Will Be Held On Monday, August 24 (8:30 A.M.–10:30 A.M.) And Wednesday, August 26 (8:30 A.M.–10:00 A.M.). The Duration Of One Market Dialogue Is 30 Min. Market Dialogues Are Held Via Teams. Please Make Sure That People From The Same Company Do Not Participate With Different Registrations, But One Time Is Allocated To One Company. Appointments Are Randomly Allocated To Those Who Register, So Unfortunately We Cannot Accept Schedule Requests. If There Are More Registrants Than Available Times, A Lottery Will Be Held Among The Market Dialogue Partners. Market Dialogue Materials Will Be Delivered To All Registrants, Even If Discussion Time Is Not Available In A Possible Draw.
