The City Of Rauma Requests An Offer For Nanu Middle School 7.-9. Page For The Procurement Of A Movable Space Element Building That Will Be Used As An Emergency Room In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Attached Documents. The Movable Space Element Building Is Rented On A Turnkey Basis, In Usable Condition, Permanently Furnished And Already Installed In Place. Foundation Work Belongs To The Supplier And Is Included In The Delivery And The Total Price. The Building Is Used By A Total Of Approx. 150 Middle School-Aged Students. The Size Of The Building Is 940 Hym2, Primarily On One Floor. The Building Will Be Located At Höylääjänkatu 2 (Formerly Hj. Nortamos Vaistötontti). The Supplier Of The Building Is Responsible For The Operation Of The Building Throughout The Rental Period, Maintenance And Upkeep During The Rental Period Are Included In The Delivery. The Subscriber Forwards The Alerts Received In The Rau System To The Supplier During Office Hours. The Customer Takes Care Of The Buildings Yard Maintenance, Snow Work And Sandblasting. The Modular Building Must Be In Use By The Customer By June 30, 2027 At The Latest. The Rental Period Is 4 Years And It Is Possible To Extend It With A One (1) Year Option. The Rental Period Begins When The Building Is Commissioned. Using The Option Is A Right Of The Purchasing Entity, Not An Obligation. The Procurement Unit Makes A Separate Decision On The Possible Exercise Of The Option And Announces It Before The End Of The Fixed-Term Contract Period. After The End Of The Rental Period, The Bidder Has A Maximum Of Three (3) Months To Demolish, Remove The Escape Rooms And Bring The Area To A Condition Acceptable To The Customer. The Builder Requires That The Contractor Has Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site And The Prevailing Conditions There On His Own Before Submitting The Bid.
