This Notice Is A Request For Information Regarding The Purchase Of Urological Supplies 2. (This Is Neither A Procurement Notice Nor A Request For Quotation). Sansia Oy, In Cooperation With Its Customers (Customers), Is Preparing Urological Accessories 2 Tenders, Which Had To Be Stopped Once Already Due To Specification Errors That Appeared In Additional Information Questions. With This Request For Information, We Would Like To Ask You To Comment Especially On The Minimum Requirements For Procurement Items Set In The Draft Request For Tenders, If You Think They Limit Competition, Or With The Specifications Set Now, It Will Not Be Possible To Offer In The Future And You Still Notice An Error In The Specification. The Purpose Is To Map The Market And Collect Information And Suppliers Comments So That A Possible Future Tender Could Be Carried Out In An Appropriate Manner. In This Way, We Strive To Ensure The Best, Fair, Non-Discriminatory And Transparent Outcome. It Is Estimated That The Official Request For Tender Will Be Published At The End Of The Summer Vacation Period In August-September 2026. The Request For Information Is Attached With A Draft Request For Tender And A Draft Contract. The Documents In Question Are Drafts, So The Dates Appearing In Them Do Not Represent The Actual Tender Dates Or Submission Deadlines For Additional Information Questions, Or These May Still Change Before The Actual Tender Request Is Published. The Final Information And Documents Must Be Checked In The Final Tender Request And Its Annexes To Be Published In The Future. Fyi: Additional Information Questions Become Visible To The Procurement Unit As Soon As They Have Been Submitted (While The Information Request Is Open), And The Procurement Unit Has The Opportunity To Answer These If It Deems It Necessary. Comments Uploaded To The Other Conditions Must Be Left By The Deadline, And The Procurement Unit Will Only Be Able To Open Them After The End Of The Request For Information. The Procurement Unit Will Not Answer Questions And Comments On The Bid Service Supplier Portal, However The Procurement Unit Reserves The Opportunity To Answer Questions If It Deems It Necessary. The Procurement Unit Uses An Information Request To Collect Information From Bidders For The Actual Tender Request. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Purchasing Unit To Carry Out The Actual Purchase Or To Carry Out The Purchase As Described In The Request For Information. The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Comments Received In The Request For Information When Preparing The Request For Tender, But It Is Possible To Use The Comments. Participating In The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In A Possible Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Participating In A Possible Tender Later. Not Participating In The Request For Information Does Not Prevent Participation In A Possible Tender, And Participation Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender.
