The Technical Services Of The City Of Harjavalla Is Asking For Bids For Artificial Sand For The Grass Field In The Event Square. The Sand Artificial Turf Will Be Installed In Place Of The Current Grass-Surfaced Soccer Field, Which Has Already Been Drained And Compacted. The Necessary Layers Are Added Between The Artificial Turf In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Artificial Turf Field Manufacturer. The Artificial Turf Must Be Installed And In Working Order And Delivered No Later Than 30 November 2026. The Artificial Turf Must Comply With The Finnish Baseball Associations Regulations On Sand Artificial Turf. (Attachment) The Field Must Have Markings For Mens, Womens, And Junior Courts And Two (2) Softball Courts Transverse To The Main Playing Direction + As An Option One (1) Additional Softball Court And The Other Costs Required. The Customer Is Responsible For The Building Permit And Its Costs. The Building Permit Has Been Granted, But Is Not Yet Legally Binding (Attached).
