The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimates, Calculated On The Basis Of Consumption For The Last Twelve Months. The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Supply Of Food Products, According To The Emerging Needs Of The Relevant Municipal Structures. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Specified Amount Of Food Products By Type And/Or Number, Without Any Adverse Consequences For Him. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. ​​​​​​​
