For The Implementation Of The Public Order, Various Construction And Repair (Srr) And Construction And Installation (Smr) Works Should Be Carried Out On The Roof Of The Building. All The Activities Necessary To Perform Srr And Smr Are Described In Detail In The Bill Of Quantities, Part Of The Technical Requirements For The Order. Before Submitting An Offer For Participation, Each Interested Person Should Carry Out An Inspection Of The Site Where Repair Work Will Be Carried Out. The Inspection Is Conducted Under The Conditions Specified In Item 12 Of The Technical Requirements. The Inspection Of The Site Is Mandatory For Potential Participants In The Procedure For Awarding The Public Contract. In The Event That An Interested Person Who Is Also A Potential Participant Performs An Inspection, The Inspection Certificate Is Attached To The Offer And Is Part Of The Documents That Are Submitted Under The Procedure.
