The Public Procurement Is Executable Under The Conditions Described In The Guidelines, Technical Specification, Investment Project And Draft Contract, Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. The Goal Is To Guarantee The Required High Quality Of Implementation Of The Planned Activities To Achieve An Increase In The Buildings Energy Efficiency And Reach Its Desired Energy Characteristics, In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents.
