Forest Surveillance Service Contract Along The Bigues And Riells Del Fai River Path.In The Framework Of Decree 123/2005, Of June 14, On Forest Fire Prevention Measures In Urbanizations Without Immediate Continuity With The Urban Plot, Which Deploys Law 5/2003 Of April 22, As Well As Regarding The Protection Of People And The Conservation Of River Environments And The Natural Environment, Municipal Environmental Services Has Reported: - That For The Orographic And Biotic Characteristics Of Its Territory, The Municipality Of Bigues And Riells Is Considered High Risk For Forest Fires. - That In The Territory Of Bigues I Riells And The Bertí Cliffs Area Is Found, As Well As The Declaration Of Areas Included In The Natura 200 Network For Zepa Reasons, In Particular For The Presence Of The Crested Eagle As A Special Protection Species. Therefore, In Terms Of Fire Prevention, As Well As Conservation Of The Natural And Environmental Values ​​Of The Territory Of Bigues And Riells, It Is Necessary To Plan A Forest Surveillance Service In The Summer Season, Both Due To The Greater Influx Of People To The Term And To The Natural Environment In General, And Due To The Greater Risk Of Fire Due To Climatic Reasons. For This Purpose, The Following Service Is Contracted: - Forestry Surveillance Service With 2 Rural Guards For Service On Foot And All-Terrain Vehicle Available, To Protect The Natural Values ​​Of The Area Included Along The River Path Of Beams And Riels Del Fai And Especially In The Area Between The Roads Of La Pineda And La Madella In The Sector Of Riells Del Fai.
