Repair Of Electric And Internal Combustion Small Machines And Installed Machines Within The Framework Of A Business Framework Contract. Total Quantity (For 24 Months) (Planned): Repair: 10,050 Hours The Estimated Material Cost Of The Repair Is Determined In The Price Table. In The Framework Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Procedure, The Total Price Of The Winning Bid (Huf/24 Months Without Vat) Is Defined As The Framework Amount. It Is Detailed In The Price Table And The Technical Description. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order For A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Sum Fixed In The Framework Contract, Given That The Tenderer Cannot Determine In Advance The Actual Need For Repairs And Material Costs For Machines That Break Down Due To Random Reasons. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. The Tenderer Must State In His Offer, Duly Signed, That: • He Can Start The Repair Work Immediately After The Conclusion Of The Contract And Undertakes To Carry Out The Work In The Schedule Requested By The Tenderer And In The Quantity According To The Orders; • Has The Tools, Target Machines, Assembly Materials And Professionals, Technology Necessary To Carry Out The Repairs; • Takes Note Of The Delivery Deadline, Which Is 3 Working Days From The Notification Of The Defect, And 20 Calendar Days From The Order For The Repair To Be Made • Undertakes A Full Warranty For The Repaired Machines For At Least 6 Months From The Date Of Receipt (The Additional Warranty Undertaken Is An Evaluation Criterion) By Undertaking To Compensate For The Damages Resulting From The Failure In The Event Of A Failure During The Warranty Period; • Undertakes That In The Event Of A Defect Occurring Within The Scope Of The Warranty Obligation, It Will Start Fulfilling Its Warranty Obligation Within No More Than 2 Working Days, I.E. It Will Conduct A Warranty Defect Inspection And Repair The Defect As Soon As Possible; • Undertakes The Delivery Of The Machines To Be Repaired From The Place Of Delivery, As Well As The Return Delivery Of The Repaired Machines - Even In The Case Of An Accepted Warranty - For Which No Separate Fee Is Charged; • Ensures The Protection Of The Integrity Of The Repaired Machines During Transport And Storage, Protects The Machine Against The Ingress Of Dust, Water And Other Contaminants; • Complies With The Relevant Standards, As Well As Occupational Safety, Fire Protection, Environmental Protection And Other Official Regulations During Performance; • Acknowledges That O The Contracting Authority Only Sends Orders Via E-Mail, For Which Purpose It Ensures That The Orders Are Received At A Single E-Mail Address In Case Of Winning, O The Date Of Communication Of The Order To The Winning Bidder By The Contracting Authority, The Date Of Dispatch Of The Order To This E-Mail Address, And The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Ensure That The Order Is Received At The E-Mail Address Specified By It On The Day It Is Sent By The Contracting Authority; • Cxcvi Of 2011 On National Assets.
