The Subject Of The Order Are Works Related To The Comprehensive Renovation And Creation Of New, Multifunctional Public Spaces In The City Of Sucha Beskidzka. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Task No. 2 Entitled Construction Of Small Architectural Structures At Ul. Zamkowa In Sucha Beskidzka. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Carrying Out Preparatory, Measuring And Demolition Works As Well As Cleaning The Area; - Execution Of Earthworks (Including Removal Of Topsoil, Preparation Of The Ground For Structures); - Construction Of Surfaces: Gravel-Resin, Polyurethane And Grass; - Construction Of A Wooden Entrance Pergola And Platform, - Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture, Including Play And Educational Elements: Thematic Sculptures (Including Dragon And Train), Swings, Trampolines, Decorative Fountain, Benches, Baskets, Platforms, Hammock Urban, City Game, - Construction Of Sanitary Infrastructure (Public Toilets) And Lighting (Street Lamps And Solar Lighting); - Topsoiling Of Slopes, Sowing With Grass And Planting Ornamental Plants; - Construction Of Panel Fencing. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Specification Of Terms Of Procurement (Swz). Where Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Referred To In Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Treated As Examples And The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Ensure The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Issued Construction Permit And Ensure That Technical, Functional (Utility), Visual (Aesthetic) And Quality Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Order Documents. An Equivalent Product Does Not Have To Be Identical To The One Described In The Swz. However, It Should Provide The Expected Functionalities, Fully Confirming The Suitability Of The Product For The Intended Use And The Level Of Their Quality And Reliability. Those Materials, Devices Or Solutions Should Be Considered As Equivalent If Their Main Parameters, Necessary To Ensure Their Essential Function, Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Procurement Documents. Where In The Procurement Documents The Subject Of The Procurement Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference Should Be Read As If It Were Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
