The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Some Bathrooms In The Building Of The Ds16 Itaka Student Dormitory At Ul. Tokarski 8 In Kraków. In The Part Of The Ds16 Itaka Building Covered By The Order (On The Side Of The Ds17 Arkadia Building) There Are 74 Student Rooms, Each Room Includes A Bathroom With Semi-Circular Shower Trays 80/80/185 Cm With An Acrylic Base 24 Cm High With A Tile Base. The Technical Condition Of Glass Cabins, Shower Trays, Toilets And Washbasins Is Unsatisfactory. The Glass Is Frosted, Scratched, The Housing Is Rusty And Covered With Many Years Of Deposits. Due To Insufficient Stiffness And Many Years Of Use, Shower Trays Are Deformed And Do Not Provide Tightness At The Contact With Wall Coverings. The Area Of A Single Bathroom Is 2.45 M2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Renovation Works: A) Protection Of The Work Area Against Dirt And Damage, In Particular Rooms And Floors In Student Rooms; B) Disassembly Of 74 Shower Trays With Cabins And Toilet Bowls, Washbasins With Wall-Mounted Taps; C) Replacement Of Shower Trays And Shower Cabins; D) Replacement Of A Shower Faucet And Washbasin;E) Removal Of Floor Tiles;F) Insulation Of The Floor;G) Renovation Of The Sewage System;H) Replacing The Grate In The Floor;I) Laying A New Tile Floor;J) Removal Of Tiles On The Walls;K) Waterproofing On Two Walls;L) Laying Tiles On The Walls;M) Replacing Bathroom Doors;N) Replacement Of Toilets And Washbasins;O) Replacing Ventilation Grilles Without Adjustment;P) Painting Ceilings And Walls Above The Tiles;Q) Replacing Accessories - Shelves, Mirrors, Hangers.2) Performing Installation Works:A) Dismantling The Shower And Washbasin Faucets Along With Water Drainage And Supply Pipes;B) Dismantling Cold, Hot And Circulating Water Risers From The Basement To The Top Floor;C) Elimination Of Existing Drains From Shower Trays And Drains; D) Replacement With New Drains From Shower Trays And Floor And Shower Drains; E) Installation Of New Shower Trays With Siphons And New Floor Drains And Connecting Them To The Drain Risers; F) Installation Of New Pipes Supplying Water To The Washbasin And Shower Faucets; G) Installation Of Cold, Hot And Circulating Water Risers From The Basement To The Top Floor Along With Insulation; H) Construction Of Fire Passages Between The Basement And The Ground Floor For Water Risers. The Contractor Should Provide A Full Warranty For The Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order (For The Entire Order: Materials, Devices, Equipment, Labor) For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months (3 Years) In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Warranty Statement. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.
