Tadeusz Więcek On Plots No. 1688/5, 466/3, 2014/5, 2010/13 And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Ii Construction Works, I.E. Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Attached Design Documentation, And Meeting The Minimum Requirements Described In The Tender Procedure. Iii Post-Construction Documentation, I.E.: 1) Design Documentation With Changes Made In The Course Of The Works (Post-Construction Design) - 2 Sets. In Paper Form And 1 Piece In Electronic Form (Cd, Pendrive);2) Original Approvals And Certificates Confirming The Approval Of The Use Of Building Materials Used In The Order, Finishing Elements Of Permanent Equipment - 2 Sets;3) Providing An Inspection Document (The So-Called Post-Assembly Inspection Of The Playground After Modifications To The Equipment And Surface) Confirming Compliance Of The Playground And Surface With The Pn-En 1176 And 1177 - 2 Standards Set; The Inspection Document Must Be Issued By An Independent, Specialized, External Inspection Unit That Was Not Directly Involved In The Assembly And Is Not Responsible For Any Repair Work And Related Expenses.4) Instructions, Descriptions And Copies Of Warranty Cards Of Devices Installed As A Result Of The Works - 2 Sets;5) As-Built Geodetic Maps Together With Submission To Geodetic Resources.6) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.3.
