The Task Is Financed From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide This Order Into Parts. The Reasons For Not Dividing It Into Parts Are Included In The Further Part Of The Swz.3. This Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Designed Warehouse Hall Will Be Located On The Plot No. 33/11 Located Within The Geodetic Area 003 Of The City Of Opole Lubelskie. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation And The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall With A Steel Supporting Structure Covered With A Sandwitch Sandwich Panel With Dimensions Of 20 M X 10 M, Along With Infrastructure And Land Development. 5. The Subject Of The Order Therefore Includes Two Stages: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program Attached To This Swz, Along With Obtaining The Final Decisions Necessary For Implementation, Including Decisions On Building Permits, Opinions And Permits And Guidelines, Along With The Performance Of Authors Supervision And Carrying Out All Necessary Acceptance And Approval For Use; B) Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation Together With A Valid Building Permit And Based On Detailed Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Construction Practice.6. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And This Swz.7. The Contractor Provides Surveying Services And Ensures That The Construction/Works Are Managed By Persons With Construction Qualifications In A Specific Specialty And The Required Team Of Persons With Design Qualifications.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Those Having The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, Social Cooperatives And Other Contractors Whose Main Goal Or Main Objective Of The Activities Of Their Organizationally Separated Units That Will Implement The Order Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Socially Marginalized People.10. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 682), Standards, Technical Conditions And Construction Practices, Regulations On Health And Safety When Performing Construction Works, I.E. The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of February 6, 2003 On Occupational Health And Safety During The Performance Of Construction Works (Journal Of Laws 2003 No. 47, Item 401), Fire Protection Regulations. And In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Supervisory Inspector.11. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Subcontractors.
