As Part Of The Above-Mentioned The Tasks Include The Renovation Of The Roof Covering Of The School Building In Gidle, Including The Replacement Of Gutters, Sheet Metal Work And The Renovation Of Chimneys And Accompanying Installations. Investment Location: Public Primary School. Józefa Piłsudskiego In Gidle, Ul. Szkolna 7, 97-540 Gidle.3.1.1. As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Tasks Should Be Performed: 1) Basic Order Covering The Renovation Of The Main Roof With An Area Of ​​Approx. 733.85 M², 2) Additional Order Under The Option Right - The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Implementing An Additional Order Covering The Renovation Of The Roof On The Annex With An Area Of ​​Approx. 53.41 M². 3.1.2. Existing Condition Of The Building: The School Building Has A Multi-Slope Roof With A Wooden Structure. The Area Of ​​The Main Roof To Be Renovated Is Approx. 733.85 M², While The Smaller Roof On The Annex Is Approx. 53.41 M². The Current Roof Covering Made Of Flat Sheet Metal Shows Numerous Leaks And Corrosion Centers, Making It Unsuitable For Further Use. Due To The Age Of The Structure And Local Leaks, The Roof Truss Structure Has Damaged Load-Bearing Elements (Rafters, Clamps) And Degraded Formwork In Approximately 10% Of The Total Area. The Sheet Metal Flashings Of Chimneys, Cornices And Eaves Are In Poor Technical Condition. Gutters And Downspouts Are Deformed And Leaking. The Plasters On The Smoke Chimneys Show Loosening, And The Cast-Iron Ventilation Stacks Extending Above The Roof Have Undergone Significant Corrosion. Scope Of Works: 1) Preparatory And Organizational Works: - Securing The Construction Site And Users Of The Facility, - Separating And Marking Work Zones, - Protecting Roof Outlets Against Contamination, - Constructing Scaffolding And Construction Facilities, - Securing Installations And Elements Not Covered By The Scope Works.2) Demolition And Dismantling Works: - Setting Up Wall Frame Scaffoldings, - Dismantling Existing Gutters, Sheet Metal Flashings (Eaves, Collars, Cornices), - Complete Removal Of The Old Sheet Metal Roofing, - Dismantling Secondary Cladding And Damaged Formwork Fragments (Estimated 10% Of The Roof Surface), - Dismantling Cast Iron Exhaust Pipes And Sewage Risers In Attic/Roof Sections, - Manual Removal Of Loose And Deaf Cement-Lime Plasters From Smoke Chimneys, - Removal Of Debris And Materials From Demolition. The Debris Should Be Lifted From The Roof Or Lowered Using Lifts, Then Piled Up And Transported In Box Trucks To The Landfill (Disposal Distance Over 10 Km).3) Repair Of Wooden Structure (Carpentry Works) - Replacement Of Biologically Corroded And Mechanically Damaged Rafters And Clamps (Approx. 10% Of Elements), - Replacement Of Damaged Formwork Made Of 25 Mm Thick Boards To Strengthen The Structure Load-Bearing Roof, - Installation Of New Fascia Boards
